The Power of Love

Love has a secret and unexpected ways of opening one’s heart!

I remember when I was growing up, my parents used to send me and my sister to Poland to visit my grandparents for the whole summer.

I had always cherished these moments dearly, for it was the happiest time in my childhood.

One memory has always had the power to bring me back to feeling unconditional love and connection to All that Is.

It was me playing outside in a sand box. It had always felt somehow enchanting and freeing to have had the power and possibility to make whatever I wanted out of it.

Having my hands deep in the sand, feeling the connection with it, being acquainted to how a strong desire to create feels like.

Becoming One with the sand and recognizing an absolute freedom to Be whatever it wanted to Be. With no rules of what looked good or bad, everything was excepted, and loved unconditionally. At that moment no one else existed, but Me and Nature. Surrounded by beautiful green trees, birds chirping their happy songs and the aroma of flowers lingering in the air.

As I was riding this wave of High, my imagination was enhancing the experience by taking me to magical places, allowing me to play any character of my choosing.

I was feeling safe and protected to unleash my biggest dreams and become one with them.

Anything was possible in that moment!

What a feeling!!!

To feel high on life, to be one with the moment and forget about all else!

I use this memory every time I feel less than good to bring me back to this inner connection of love.
