RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do accept returns.
You can return unopened items (unworn and unwashed) in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and promptly notify you via email whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note : only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. Shipping
To return or exchange your product, please email us at info@lovecreatefly.com so you can receive a prompt email with shipping details and address info.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
